Q: What is the best way to stay informed of upcoming releases?

A: There are many ways to stay current with all Mad Duck projects. You can sign up for our newsletter and also follow us on social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest). Social Media links are located at the bottom of the page.

Q: How soon can I expect to receive my posters?

A: Shipping times vary greatly. If a print is in stock, it will ship within a few business days. If a print is a pre-order then the shipping time will vary greatly. We target 2-8 weeks based on printing and shipping logistics, but please understand that delays can and will happen that are outside of our control. Look for the "Status" field on the product page for a better understanding for the specific poster.

Also, orders are held until all items in the order are in stock.  If you want an in stock item right away, please place a separate order for pre-order items.

Q: What countries does Mad Duck ship to?

A: Mad Duck will ship worldwide, however due to specific license agreements we may not be able to ship to certain countries. If any territory is limited with a release it will be noted.

Q: Does Mad Duck combine shipping?

A: Mad Duck will do combined shipping for multiple orders when requested directly at support@madduckposters.com.

Q: Can I hold my item in the cart?

A: Mad Duck will hold an item in your cart for 10 minutes. After that any item in your cart will become available again.

Q: After a Mad Duck release is sold out, can I still purchase a print?

A: No. Once the print run is sold out, it will never again be reprinted. The art may or may not be available to purchase on a t-shirt or other merchandise.

Q: Will I receive shipping updates on orders?

A: Yes. Mad Duck will send out a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Q: Can I purchase two of the same item? 

A: Yes,customers may order up to 3 copies of a poster. There is not a limit for merchandise.

Q: My order arrived damaged. Can it be replaced?

A: Yes. Mad Duck will replace posters ONLY if they have arrived damaged and the customer contacts customer service within 10 days of receiving the print. Email support@madduckposters.com.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: No. Due to the collectible nature of the product sold by Mad Duck, cancellations are not permitted. This is also noted on every poster page, so please understand that purchases are final.
